Community Highlight | Pinnacle Estates

Pinnacle Estates is beautiful community in Grove City where 3 Pillar has an active presence.  We have one home that is move-in ready and another that is close to the finish line! The Estates section of the community features plenty of green space, glittering lakes and a community park. Within the entire community is the Pinnacle Club and golf course. Pinnacle Club routinely hosts events, especially weddings and corporate events. Nearby Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park features more than 7,000 acres of forest, prairies, and wetlands. The Big and Little Darby Creeks running through the park are both State and National Scenic Rivers. Activities at the park include biking, canoeing, kayaking, cross-country skiing, hiking, fishing, ice-skating, and more. One of the primary appeals to this community, is the location.  Pinnacle Estates seems to be secluded and private, yet the community is only minutes away from great shops and restaurants.  With the recent news of Mount Carmel West Hospital, more jobs will also be moving to the area.
