Home for the Holidays: Building a Dream Home with a Purpose

At 3 Pillar Homes, we believe in building more than just beautiful homes—we believe in building community, opportunity, and hope. This year, we’re incredibly proud to launch a special project that does all of that and more: the Home for the Holidays home.

In partnership with the Home Builders Association Charitable and Educational Foundation, Evans Farm Development, and 3 Pillar Homes, we’re building a custom home that will be raffled off through the Chance to Win a House or a Cash Prize program. It’s an exciting opportunity for the community to come together—not only for the chance to win an incredible prize, but to support causes that truly make a difference.

A Raffle with Real Impact

All proceeds from this project will benefit Make-A-Wish®, helping grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. But the impact doesn’t stop there. Funds will also support the PACT (Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training) program, a workforce development initiative that prepares high school students for careers in the skilled trades. By supporting PACT, we’re helping to build the next generation of craftsmen, contractors, and homebuilders—right here in our community.

Why It Matters

For us, this project represents the heart of what we do. It’s a chance to use our skills to give back, to bring people together, and to create something that will have a lasting impact far beyond the walls of one home. It’s about building with purpose—and we’re grateful to be doing it alongside partners who share that vision.
