• Introducing the 3 Pillar App: This new app enhances the client experience by streamlining communication, project updates, and resources, making the journey to building your dream home smoother than ever.
• Expanding Self-Guided Home Tours: We implemented the NterNow system across our inventory homes, allowing prospective buyers to enjoy convenient, self-guided tours. This technology has made it easier for clients to explore our homes on their own schedules.
• Welcoming New Talent: To support our growth, we hired several new team members who bring fresh perspectives and expertise to our company. Together, we’re building a stronger foundation for future success.
• Releasing New Lots in Jerome Village: To meet high demand in this thriving neighborhood, we’ve released new lots, providing even more opportunities for families to call Jerome Village home.
