The Evans family had a vision of creating an unique and beautiful community that reflects their commitment to the land and agricultural values and ethics associated with sustainability and conservation.  The family desired a new urbanism community in the heart of Lewis Center, which brings the wholesome lifestyle of neighborhood togetherness.
